Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without justification (Art. 71 LRCU).

Return conditions

• Condition: Unused product with tags and original packaging.
• Exclusions: Customized items (engraved, made‑to‑measure) or unsealed products.

Return process

1. Access your customer account → "Order history".
2. Select order → click "Details".
3. Check products to return → "Generate RMA slip".
4. Confirmation received. Return within 14 days by secure method.

Shipping: The customer must return the item by a secure and appropriate method. If no secure shipping is available, we provide a prepaid Correos label for €5.90.

Once received and verified (48h), refund within a maximum of 14 days via the original payment method.

Refunds for withdrawn orders

Once the product has been received and checked (maximum 48 hours), we will proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the return. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of product verification.

The refund will always be made to the same payment method used for the purchase:

• If paid by card through the payment gateway, the amount will be credited to the same card.
• If paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the same originating account.
• If paid via cash on delivery (COD), the amount will be refunded via bank transfer after confirming the account holder's details.
• If paid through Aplazame, the refund will be managed through the same financing platform, adjusting the instalment or outstanding amount as appropriate.

Original shipping costs:

• If the customer chose the most economical shipping option available, the full amount of the original shipping cost will be refunded.
• If the customer chose a more expensive shipping option, only the equivalent of the cheapest shipping option offered at the time of purchase will be refunded.

Return delivery costs:

• In case of withdrawal, return delivery costs are borne by the customer.
• If the customer does not have access to a secure and appropriate shipping method, we can provide a prepaid return label for €5.90, whose amount will be deducted from the final refund.

Defective product or shipping error:

If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (incorrect shipment), we will cover all shipping and return costs, and the refund will be complete (product + original shipping costs).

Shipping costs

• If unable to ship the package, a prepaid label for €5.90 is provided.
• Defective product: We cover all costs.

Exchanges and replacements

The same process as for a return applies. We can exchange the product for another available model or issue a refund.

Exchange procedure:

1. The customer returns the original product and bears the return delivery costs (or may use the €5.90 prepaid return label, if requested).
2. Once the returned product has been received and checked, we will send the desired replacement product at no additional shipping cost.
3. If the replacement product has a lower price than the original product, the difference will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method used for the purchase.
4. If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference before the replacement is shipped.

Note: The customer bears the costs of the exchange, except where the product is defective or we made an error in dispatch.

Products that cannot be returned

• Engraved or custom‑made pieces.
• Used products, without original packaging or damaged by handling.
