Right of withdrawal

Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from purchase without justification (Art. 71 LRCU).

Return conditions

• Condition: Unused product with tags and original packaging.
• Exclusions: Customized items (engraved, made-to-measure), intimate or unsealed products.

Return process

1. Access your customer account → "Order history".
2. Select order → click "Details".
3. Check products to return → "Generate RMA slip".
4. Confirmation received. Return within 14 days by secure method.

Shipping: Customer must return by secure and appropriate method. If no secure shipping available, we provide prepaid Correos label for 5,90€.

Once received and verified (48h), refund within 14 days maximum via original payment method.

Shipping costs

• If unable to ship package, prepaid label 5,90€ provided.
• Defective product: We cover all costs.

Exchanges & replacements

Same process as return. Exchange for available model or refund. Exchange shipping paid by customer (except defects).

Non-returnable products

• Engraved or custom-made pieces.
• Used products, without original packaging or damaged by handling.
