The Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days collection is inspired by Jules Verne’s classic adventure, and this Classique rollerball MB132880 focuses on the final leg of Phileas Fogg and Passepartout’s journey from Yokohama to London via the United States.
Adorned with precious dark blue resin, the cap features a finely laser‑engraved train that symbolises their crossing of the vast American continent by rail.
The cone carries a safety‑chain motif recalling the key scene where Passepartout uncouples the train from the locomotive, while the clip is set with a red‑lacquered heart playing card, representing Fogg’s bond with Princess Aouda and his wager to complete the journey in 80 days.
