How to check shipping cost without registering
To quickly check the available shipping options and transport cost, simply add the product to the cart and select your country during checkout. No registration is required to view this information.

Order preparation and dispatch
- Orders with urgent shipping: Before 17:30 h (Spain) or 12:00 h (EU urgent) → same day. After that → next working day.
- Standard orders: Before 12:30 h → same working day. After that → next working day.
- No shipments: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Product availability
- Stock: shipped the same day: Prepared according to the selected deadlines and carrier.
- Stock: delivery in 6 days: Shipped within a maximum of 5 days. Urgent shipping → delivery on day 6. Other shipping methods → according to the selected service.
Stock incidents
If stock is unavailable due to inventory error, product defect or any other reason, we will contact the customer within 24 hours informing them of the new delivery time.
Defective or damaged product
If the product arrives damaged due to transport, we will replace it free of charge if this is reported to the carrier upon delivery (tampered package).
