A PADI diver with an emerald-green ocean-inspired dial. The Seiko Prospex SRPL53K1 is a PADI Special Edition celebrating the close partnership between Prospex and the Professional Association of Diving Instructors. Its unique emerald-green gradient dial is inspired by shimmering light and the rippling surface seen from underwater, conveying the beauty of the ocean in every detail.

Powered by the automatic 4R35 calibre with manual winding capability, it offers an approximate 41-hour power reserve, stop-second function and date display. The stainless steel case measures 12.3 mm in thickness, 41.7 mm in diameter and 49.5 mm in length, providing a well-balanced and comfortable size on the wrist.

A Hardlex crystal and LumiBrite on hands, indexes and bezel ensure excellent legibility even in low-light conditions. The unidirectional rotating bezel allows safe tracking of dive times, while the screw-down crown and screw-down case back reinforce the overall water resistance.

With 200 m / 660 ft diver’s water resistance and 4,800 A/m magnetic resistance, this model meets the requirements of a true diving watch. The three-fold clasp with secure lock, push-button release and diver’s extension add practicality to the bracelet, which has a length of 205 mm and a 20 mm lug width, making it ideal to wear over a wetsuit.

The case back is marked with SPECIAL EDITION, highlighting its exclusive status within the Prospex Sea line. With a weight of 170 g, it combines solidity and comfort, making it an excellent choice for divers and PADI design enthusiasts who want an automatic diver with strong ocean character.
